1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or playing High Top Hoops ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

2. License to Use

Hightop Games LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment on supported iOS devices.
You may not copy, modify, resell, decompile, or otherwise exploit the Game or its content.

3. Player Accounts

Some features may require an account created through Sign in with Apple or Unity Gaming Services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases

The Game offers optional in-app purchases of virtual items, including virtual coins, cash, and collectible content.

• All virtual items are non-refundable and have no real-world monetary value.
• Virtual items are licensed, not sold, and remain the property of Hightop Games LLC.
• We may modify, remove, reprice, or limit access to any virtual items or gameplay features at any time, including for balancing, technical, or legal reasons.
• Virtual items cannot be transferred or exchanged outside the Game.
• Purchases are processed by Apple App Store under its own terms and payment policies.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Game, including graphics, artwork, music, and code, belong to Hightop Games LLC.
You may not use our name, logos, or assets without prior written permission.

6. Updates and Availability

We may release updates, add or remove features, or temporarily suspend access to the Game for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control (such as network or platform outages).
We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by such interruptions.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hightop Games LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Game.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
