Specifically, we collect:

• Account Information: When you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique user identifier from Apple but do not access your email or personal information unless you choose to share it.
• Gameplay Data: Game progress, achievements, inventory, and related gameplay metrics are stored using Unity Gaming Services (UGS).
• Analytics Data: Anonymous analytics (e.g., session length, gameplay behavior, device type, region) are collected through Unity Gaming Services to help us improve the Game.
• Purchase Data: We collect transaction-related information (such as product IDs and purchase receipts) as required by Apple and Unity for processing in-app purchases.

We do not collect personal location data, contact lists, or camera/microphone data.

3. How We Use Information

We use the collected information to:

• Maintain and sync your player account and game progress
• Provide and improve gameplay features
• Support analytics and technical performance
• Process in-app purchases
• Prevent fraud or misuse of the Game

We do not sell or rent player information.

4. Third-Party Services

High Top Hoops integrates with the following third-party platforms:

Gameplay and account data are stored securely through Unity's backend systems. We retain data as long as necessary to provide the Game or as required by law.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

6. Children's Privacy

High Top Hoops is intended for players of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child has provided personal data, we will delete it promptly.

If you would like to delete your account or game data, or have questions about your data, contact us at privacy@hightopgames.com.
You may also manage your Sign in with Apple settings through your Apple ID account.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted within the app and on our website, and the effective date will be revised accordingly.
