1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Daily Reword ("the App"), including on iOS, Android, or web, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License to Use
Hightop Games LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment on supported platforms (including iOS, Android, and compatible web browsers). You may not copy, modify, resell, decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit the App or its content.
3. Accounts and Data
You may use the App without creating an account. If we offer optional account or sign-in features in the future (e.g., Sign in with Apple or similar), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Progress and game state may be stored locally on your device; we may also use remote services to deliver daily puzzle content and updates.
4. Daily Content and Updates
Daily puzzle content and schedules may be delivered or updated remotely (e.g., via hosted configuration or content-delivery services) without requiring an app-store update. We may change, correct, or discontinue specific puzzles or features at any time for operational, technical, or legal reasons. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by interrupted access, failed updates, or changes to content.
5. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items
The App is designed to be playable without payment. If we offer optional in-app purchases in the future (e.g., tips, optional content, or removals of optional limitations), the following will apply: (a) any such purchases are non-refundable except as required by the applicable store; (b) virtual or digital items are licensed, not sold, and remain our property; (c) they have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred or exchanged outside the App; (d) purchases are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or other platform under their respective terms and payment policies.
6. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the App—including but not limited to graphics, artwork, text, puzzles, logic, and code—belong to Hightop Games LLC. You may not use our name, logos, or assets without prior written permission.
7. Updates and Availability
We may release updates, add or remove features, or temporarily suspend access to the App for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control (such as network or platform outages). We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by such interruptions.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hightop Games LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
