Hightop Games LLC ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use Aces (the "App") on iOS, Android, or web.
2. Information We Collect
We collect limited information necessary to provide the App and improve the experience.
Specifically, we may collect or process:
- Device and local progress: Game state and session data are stored primarily on your device (e.g., via local storage or device preferences). This allows the App to restore your progress when you return.
- Content delivery: If the App fetches content or updates from our servers or a content-delivery service, we or that service may receive minimal technical data such as app version or request timestamps. We do not use this to identify you personally.
- Optional account information: If we offer optional sign-in in the future (e.g., Sign in with Apple), we would receive only the identifiers or information provided by that provider. We do not currently require an account to play.
- Analytics (if any): If we use analytics, we use anonymous or aggregated data such as session length or device type. We do not sell your personal information.
- Advertising-related data: If ads are enabled, our advertising partners (including Google AdMob) may collect information such as device identifiers (including advertising identifiers like IDFA/AAID), IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, ad interaction events, app/session activity, and diagnostic data.
We do not collect personal location data, contact lists, or camera/microphone data. The App is designed to be playable without creating an account or providing personal information.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to provide and maintain gameplay, improve the App, fix technical issues, deliver and measure advertising, prevent fraud/abuse, and comply with law or protect our rights. We do not sell or rent your information.
4. Advertising and Google AdMob
Aces uses Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service provided by Google. AdMob may collect and process data from your device and app activity to provide, personalize, and measure ads.
Depending on your choices, ads may be:
- Personalized ads: Ads based on your interests, app activity, and device identifiers.
- Non-personalized ads: Ads that are less tailored and based on contextual information such as language, general location, and app content.

5. Consent for Ads (EEA, UK, Switzerland)
Where required by law (including in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland), we request consent before using personal data for personalized advertising. We use a consent flow in-app (such as Google's User Messaging Platform) to collect and manage these choices.
You can change or withdraw consent at any time through the in-app privacy options or by contacting us at privacy@hightopgames.com.
6. Third-Party Services
Aces may use third-party services for advertising, content delivery, analytics, or app distribution (e.g., Google AdMob, Apple App Store, Google Play). These providers process data under their own privacy policies and terms.
7. Data Retention and Security
Progress and game state are stored on your device; you can clear them via device settings or by uninstalling the App. We retain only what is necessary to operate the App or comply with law. We take reasonable measures to protect information but cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
8. Children's Privacy
Aces is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child has provided personal data, we will delete it promptly.
9. Your Rights and Choices

10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted within the App and on our website, and the effective date will be revised accordingly.
